"I met Bridget during my second pregnancy while she was with the midwifery practice I was using. We instantly connected during the few appointments I saw her (as there were 3 other midwives in rotation so I saw each a few times leading up to birth). I was a planned home birth, 2 weeks overdue and ended up in hospital due to thick fluids. Bridget was on call and was with me through my entire 27 hour labour and 30 minute delivery. My birth plan did not go the way I wanted and I was so thankful to have Bridget as my care giver. She was kind and understanding of my want for a natural home birth and the right amount of firm and loving when I needed her to be (without me even knowing I needed it). She was on my side through everything and helped guide me to a successful natural birth. I am so happy to see that she has opened her own practice where she can provide a more personal experience for her future clients."

 The Queen Midwifery team was amazing throughout our pregnancy, supporting our wishes and answering all our questions with compassion and patience. During our labour, Sonya and Rebecca allowed us to uphold our wishes to our birth plan, and were incredibly supportive when we needed to transfer to the hospital and make huge changes to our plan. Sonya helped us hugely in finding solutions for ensuring our beautiful son was getting enough milk without moving to bottles in the early days and even went out of her way to come check in on me at the hospital when we were really struggling with medical results.
